In this dashboard you can submit and manage your artist, organization, venue, and/or event listings via the options on the left column. To return to this dashboard at any time just click “My Account” under the Member Login drop menu at the top of the page.

EVENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Organization Profile: If this is your first time submitting an event, you will need to create an organization profile.

Location: Events must take place in Sarasota County.

Lead Time: Events must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event start date. If we receive your event info less than two weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee that your event will be posted.

Images: Upload a single image in .JPG or .PNG format ONLY and no larger than 1 megabyte with a required minimum of 400 x 400 pixels. For optimal display, we recommend submitting a SQUARE (1:1) image.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

For a NEW membership or to RENEW your existing membership, please select one of the following options below to proceed to the payment form:

ORGANIZATIONS

For annual budgets under $499,999.

For annual budgets between $500,000 – $1,999,999.

For annual budgets above $2,000,000.
