Sarasota County: An Arts Powered Economy

Completed in 2023, the Arts & Economic Prosperity 6 (AEP6) is an economic and social impact study of the nation’s nonprofit arts and culture industry conducted by Americans for the Arts. 

We serve as Sarasota County’s Local Arts Agency, with the primary role of promoting, supporting, and developing the arts at the local level to ensure a vital presence for the arts throughout our community.
