Artists and Arts & Cultural Organizations - join the Arts Council for the 2nd annual artsEXPO happening Tuesday, May 18 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Beatrice Friedman Symphony Center, Sarasota.
For this year's event, the Arts Council has once again partnered with the Community Foundation of Sarasota County’s Nonprofit Resource Center to offer a variety of workshops aimed at helping you thrive during these difficult economic times.
This year's workshop topics include:
- Generational Branding: Expanding your art's demographic appeal.
- Special Events on a Dime: Increasing net results on special events by smart spending, corporate sponsorships and other interesting tips.
- Turning subscribers and members into committed donors.
In addition to workshops, your day will also include:
- Breakfast and Lunch catered by Jason's Deli,
- Featured Speaker: Bestselling Author: Barbara Glanz,
- and a Panel Discussion on Festivals in Sarasota County.
AND there will be opportunities throughout the day to network with local “arts-friendly” businesses.
