Opening reception for the Artist wil be held at during the Third Friday Towles Court Artwalk on Friday, February 19, 2010 from 6 to 10 pm.

This exhibition features works by painter, printmaker and gallery owner Katharine Butler. In this body of work Butler shares with the viewer her inspiration from the sea and various coastlines. Butler’s love and concerns for our world, its stunning beauty, the soberness of perhaps losing it, and the hope that our wisdom and creativity will prevail bring her to create this work with passion. She then leaves it up to the viewer to experience the meaning of the work on his or her own terms.
