By the request of the Sarasota Arts Council Executive Director, Jim Shirley, the 2-month (Dec. '09-Jan. '10) Solo Fine Art Photographic Exhibit by Linda Jane Jackson has been extended through March. For February and March, the exhibit has been moved from the 1st floor gallery to the Council's 3rd floor offices.

Displayed throughout their offices, the exhibit includes the 25 pieces that were in the gallery, along with an additional 20 new pieces. For each piece sold, the Artist will make a contribution to the Arts Council in gratitude.

Ms. Jackson's work is an abstract look at nature with no digital manipulation. With rich colors and an abstract shooting style, the Artist gives the viewer a unique look at nature with 3 series featured on display.

Public viewing hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
