This site is owned and operated by the Sarasota County Arts Council, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization located in Sarasota, FL.  The privacy of those individuals who communicate with us online is of the utmost importance; it is the policy of the Arts Council to not sell or disclose personal information to any unauthorized entity or individual.

Do I have a choice regarding the materials I receive from the Arts Council?

You have the option to opt-out at any time from the materials you receive via email from the Arts Council.  Please note, the Arts Council uses the same software to send out various different pieces of communication to our members.  Therefore, opting-out of the e-newsletter, ARTbeat, could also stop delivery of other materials, such as advocacy alerts and event invitations.

The Sarasota County Arts Council is committed to the satisfaction of its members.  We will take reasonable steps to accommodate members who wish to receive only specific communications.
