YouthArts Fest 2012

The YouthArts Fest, sponsored by the Arts & Cultural Alliance of Sarasota County, showcases the artistic talents of our students. It will be held again in downtown Sarasota featuring performing groups from both the Sarasota County Schools and local student music and theatre groups. Student art work and films will be shown inside Selby Library. This is a great opportunity for you to help your community and our youth. The event will take place between 9:30am – 4:30pm  (volunteers will serve a 2 to 3-hour shift).  The location is in and near the Selby Library in downtown Sarasota. An outdoor performing stage will be located at the First and Pineapple intersection. Display booths will be located on First Street and around 5 Points Park.  Please complete the application by March 1, 2012 if you would like to be a volunteer for the event.
